After great success of Ascon Height, Ascon group started building Ascon Heights II. The project is located at the prime location of Mian Soan Avenue, Block-C, Soan Garden Islamabad. Ascon heights II consists of 7 floors in total with covered area of 26000 sq ft having three commercial and four residential floors. Construction started in February 2018 and within 8 months structure was completed. The commercial units of this project will be delivered in February 2019 and residential units will be completed by September 2019 while installments plan are going to end in March 2020.
